Canvas Hot Adhesive Coated 1270mm x 10m roll

Heavyweight natural cotton canvas, coated with heat activated adhesive

Originally made for traditional canvas bonding of old-style photos. To prepare, heat seal clear over-laminate film is applied to the photo emulsion. Then the film/emulsion is very carefully peeled away from the backing paper.

To finish, the film/emulsion is bonded to the coated canvas in a heated press, to create a canvas texture picture.

The coated canvas is nowadays used with certain types of inkjet prints to enhance them with canvas texture.

The high-quality cotton canvas is 280gsm. It is coated with high quality heat activated adhesive.

Variations on the process can be used to mount litho prints to create an art canvas effect.

Works in most flat bed, mechanical and vacuum heated presses.
